The mission of EarthFruits is to protect the rainforest and improve the lives of the people living there. As we continue to work with our local partners, we have come to realize that we can have a positive impact on every aspect of their way of life. By sustaining the Rainforest and allowing them to earn a fair wage on a year-round basis, the daily worry of survival is no longer there. It’s a business model that works for everyone involved. And while there may be concerns surrounding the “carbon footprint” of shipping fruits all around the globe, this is far outweighed by the preservation of the Rainforest and the increased oxygen supply. The Rainforests are the “lungs’’ of our world.
